You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Email info@fyrocart.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Items that have been used or modified cannot be returned. Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable.
